Where the record comes from

Call for the account. One email, one person. Self-exclusion blocks that email. The password is a hash, at least ten characters with letters and numbers. Five failures in fifteen minutes lock the email for fifteen minutes. Cookie grn_sid ends the session at thirty idle minutes or twelve hours, and with the browser session. Reset is a one-hour link in the mail log when the account exists. One confirmation is shown either way. Name, phone, and address can be corrected. Date of birth and email cannot.

The file and the status

Call for age. You must be 18 or older. The gate asks. Cookie grn_age keeps a yes for 365 days. A younger birth date is rejected at registration. A JPG, PNG, or PDF under 8 MB can be stored. Status becomes Pending. It starts Unverified. Greenroom never sets Verified. A file that fails the check does not move the status.

Location and the empty history

Call for place. Real-money casino games are available only to eligible players physically located in Alberta. No geolocation provider is connected. The browser is not asked for coordinates. A province on the form is not a call-time location. You may sign in. You may not launch a title. There is no Play control and no practice round.

A later call sheet replaces this page without a made-up date and without undoing a limit. The ridge of stars and the night sky are stock photographs. They are not a room Greenroom operates. Studio artwork belongs to the studios. Reading a call does not start a performance or create a balance.

How long, and what you can ask

Call for restraint. Stricter deposit limits apply at once. Looser limits wait twenty-four hours. Loss limits wait on recorded losses, and nothing is recording. Session limits sign you out. Reality checks show the ledger. Time-out is twenty-four hours, seven days, or thirty days. Self-exclusion is six months, one year, five years, or no end date. It is stored here only, blocks the email, blocks a new withdrawal, and is not sent to a provincial register.

What this policy refuses to invent

The call sheet does not invent a registered office. An IP address may be seen. A hash may be kept with a message or a sign-in. The raw IP is not filed on the account. Records are not sold. No international processor is named. Ask privacy@hescore.slonik.store for a copy. It is matched to the account email. Deletion does not end a self-exclusion and cannot be finished on the website alone. A reset link is good for one hour.
